Champions & Legends Auction

Join Alabama alumni, parents, and friends, as we welcome Alabama Champions & Legends while raising money for Bama Houston chapter scholarships. The night will feature conversations with special guests, opportunities to purchase one-of-a-kind silent and live auction items, and our first-ever Wine Pull! Our special guests include:

Remarks: Dr. Stuart R. Bell, University of Alabama president
Keynote: Barrett Jones, 3x Crimson Tide BCS National Champion and current ESPN Radio college football analyst
Special Guests: Damion Square, 3x Crimson Tide BCS National Champion; Carson Tinker, 3x Crimson Tide BCS National Champion

The Event: Attendees will enjoy a cocktail reception and buffet dinner included with the ticket price. In addition, opportunities to participate in a Wine Pull, Silent Auction, and an exciting Live Auction of one-of-a-kind items  - all at the lovely Lockton offices, showcasing a stunning view of the Houston skyline! Free parking and door prizes too! Cash bar available, or purchase all-you-can-drink bar access when you purchase your ticket(s).

Dress: Business casual

What's Included:  All tickets include a cocktail reception with one drink ticket good for a cocktail, wine, beer, soda, or juice; a full buffet dinner provided by Cafe Natalie Catering; and the chance to win wonderful door prizes.

AUCTION INFORMATION

This year's event will include an online Silent Auction, an in-person Live Auction, and our first-ever Wine Pull! Items up for bid will be available to view in-person at the event. Online bidding will open on February 11, 2023 at midnight. Bid on our amazing items here: Champions & Legends Auction

The Silent Auction will include:

• A variety of signed memorabilia from Joe Namath, Devontae Smith, George Teague, Coach Saban, Hank Williams, Jr., the Houston Rockets, current Alabama student-athletes, the cast of "Yellowstone," and more;
• Fabulous trips to Mexican Resorts, a Las Vegas Getaway, Dove Hunting Excursion, Wine Tasting Trip, and others;
• Amazing art pieces from Daniel Moore, ActionSports Art, Roberta Wesley, and others;
• Jewelry pieces from Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Invicta, and more;
• Mystery Bags filled with Bama swag, gift cards, and more

The Live Auction will include fabulous, one-of-a-kind Items that can only be purchased in person at the dinner. These items will be announced soon! 

Our first-ever Wine Pull gives buyers the chance at a high-value bottle of wine for just $20 per ticket! To take advantage of the Wine Pull:

• Buyers will purchase 1 or more tickets for $20 each;
• Bottles will be displayed prominently, but camouflaged;
• For each ticket purchased, the buyer can choose 1 bottle of wine;
• Buyers are guaranteed to get a bottle worth at least $20, but it could be worth much more!

*All proceeds from the Silent Auction, Live Auction, and Wine Pull will go toward Bama Houston Student Scholarships

Net proceeds to benefit scholarships for Houston-area students attending The University of Alabama. Each year, Bama Houston awards approximately $20,000 to deserving students, some of whom have grown up in single-parent homes or whose parents have faced job losses or serious health challenges. We want to continue this legacy so these students can attend their dream school, The University of Alabama! So bring your family and friends for a night to remember.
